Health & Safety Policy

Every child’s file lists allergies, emergency contacts and authorized pick-up names, reviewed at the start of each term and any time something changes. A child running a fever stays home until it has been gone, without medicine, for twenty-four hours.

All lead teachers hold current pediatric CPR and first-aid certification, and every outdoor excursion carries a stocked first-aid kit and a headcount clipboard checked at each stop along the trail. If anything changes about your child’s health or pick-up list, a note to the front desk updates it the same day.
